transfer is
accelerated
dramatically:
with plastics it's
30 seconds
instead of
30 minutes.		 Thus IRD is
applicable for
pure heating of
plastics. I.e. for
calandering or
pressing
processes.
Saturation-Curve Because of the
cool ambience
in comparison
to the warm
particle IR-drying
is independent
from ambient
humidity.
Additional
drying of air is
not needed
with IRD.
Natural airflow
removes the
moisture.		 Many processes
for the first time
are enabled for
continuous
operation. Some
processes
become feasible
with IRD only.
